How many lifts are in each block, how many flats are on each floor, quantity of parking space in comparison with quantity of flats. It’s good if relation between parking space and quantity of flats is near to 1, and it is great if it’s more than 1. It shows that there will not be a lot of cars gathered around the building. Often the places for commercial properties are already known on the stage of building. Non-residential space can be used for supermarkets, kindergarten, gym and etc. It is good and effective usage of commercial space that makes interior infrastructure comfortable for living.
While choosing apartments, main attention should be payed to the layout of apartments and location. Size of the rooms and effective distribution of living space are very important. It is advantage if apartments are free planed, where from optimal distributed main walls you can plan an apartment at your discretion. It is very important for rooms to be well-lit, especially nice is sun light. The most convenient apartments are considered those with windows on both sides of the house.
There are three main options of payment in new buildings. Full payment, interior credit from developer and bank mortgage. Interior credit is usually given up to 24-36 month , depending on the stage of building. Herewith the buyer pays 25-40% from the cost of apartment. Usually the cost of 1 square meter in credit costs 10-15% more expensive than in full payment. Bank mortgage is given usually for almost ready apartments.
